Refund policy

1.To return the item, the customer has to inform the Lens World team on the same day of delivery by using the chat option on the website.
2. The payment return process will initiate after the delivery team picks up the item.There will be 100 Rupees Return Charge
3. For Cash on Delivery returns, the customer has to provide their bank account number to receive the payment.
4. For prepaid orders, repayment will be done through the payment gateway or through bank account
